Newly endowed Kirsten Peter Rabitsch Award for Stephanie Küng

To honour the memory of a talented young scientist who died tragically in Bolivia, the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology and the family of Kirsten Peter Rabitsch have endowed an award for young researchers at the beginning of their careers.

The first awardee is biochemist Stephanie Küng from the group of Jan-Michael Peters. In her thesis, Stephanie describes mechanisms of mitosis.
