Our Institute
The Research Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP) in Vienna pursues world-class research in basic molecular biology. It is located at the Vienna BioCenter and largely sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. With over 250 scientists from 40 countries, the IMP is committed to scientific discovery of fundamental molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying complex biological phenomena.
Your Tasks

Support PIs in national and international single and multi-investigator grant applications

Coordinate with collaborators and administrators

Draft, edit and refine proposals

Develop work plans, timelines, and deliverables

Facilitate communication and collaboration

Oversee preparation, review, and submission compliance

Enhance clarity and impact of scientific writing

Identify new funding opportunities aligned with faculty expertise and goals

Align research goals with funding opportunities
Your Profile
-
PhD in Life Sciences
-
Scientific grant writing experience
-
Excellent English communication (written and oral)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to synthesize complex technical information
